Nys Scooter License Is It Illegal To Ride An Electric Scooter Under The Recommended Age In NYS?

Is it illegal to ride an electric scooter under the recommended age in NYS? - nys scooter license

That under the recommended age, but that does not mean that no one would let go of her 12 years-old child.

I still think that the law applies to scooters, and should be treated as such, should be the right age to install and operate the bicycle
